For therapeutic purposes and your comfort, please arrive freshly showered, especially after work, exercise, or physical activity.

Shower facilities may be available upon request.
Appointments may be rescheduled if appropriate personal hygiene standards are not met.
Appointment request & confirmation
Appointments are available by Request Only.
Once reviewed, your request may be Accepted & Confirmed, receive an Alternative Time Offer, or be Rejected.

Once confirmed, you will receive a link to complete your required intake form.

Your intake form must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment, or before your session for same-day bookings.

If an accessibility need prevents you from completing the form independently, in-person assistance is available by prior arrangement.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment.

When possible, please let me know as soon as you can so the appointment time can be made available to another client.
Repeated Late Cancellations & missed appointments
